Everyone else that came out to install our satellite was either uninformed or just plain stupid. This company had all our answers for every question we asked. And guess what? They're answers were right on. They also explained everything they did before they did it and were very polite and friendly. I actually felt like we were important and we were being listened to and it was actually being heard. The job was completed to our extreme satisfaction and when the guy quaranteed our signal in the upper 90's I doubted it because no one around here has a signal that high, but he did it! He kept his word and we have had njo problem since the install. Thank you Gigabyte Satellite!
